Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a dihydro-2H-isoindole ester compound, the general structural formula of which is as represented by formula (I). Further provided in the present invention are a preparation method for the dihydro-2H-isoindole ester compound, and the use thereof in the preparation of a drug for multiple myeloma. The dihydro-2H-isoindole ester compound of the present invention has good permeability, and is steadily absorbed and exerts a pharmaceutical effect after oral absorption. Since absorption and metabolism behaviors are different, the compound of the present invention is more suitable for clinical requirements than an existing drug in terms of pharmacokinetic properties.
