Abstract:
This dimming device comprises: a sheet unit that comprises a dimming sheet; and a control unit that controls the application of voltage to the sheet unit. Processes executed by the control unit include: setting the dimming sheet to a first state in which visible light is reflected by controlling the voltage between transparent electrode layers to a first voltage; setting the dimming sheet to a second state in which visible light is scattered by controlling the voltage between the transparent electrode layers to a second voltage; and setting the dimming sheet to a third state in which visible light is transmitted by controlling the voltage between the transparent electrode layers to a third voltage.
