Dimming glass, a dimming module and a working method therefor, which relates to the technical field of dimming glass. The dimming glass comprises a first glass substrate (1) and a second glass substrate (8) which are arranged opposite to each other; a first electrode (4) and a second electrode (7) which are located between the first glass substrate (1) and the second glass substrate (8); a liquid crystal dimming layer located between the first glass substrate (1) and the second glass substrate (8); and a heating layer located between the liquid crystal dimming layer and the first glass substrate (1) and capable of heating the liquid crystal dimming layer after receiving an electrical signal. The present invention may solve the problem of a long response time of the dimming glass in a low-temperature environment.
