Provided in the embodiments of the present disclosure is dimming glass. The dimming glass comprises: a glass substrate; and at least two dye liquid crystal boxes arranged on the glass substrate, wherein the dye liquid crystal boxes are stacked and are bonded with one another by means of a bonding glue layer. The dye liquid crystal box comprises a middle area and a peripheral area, and the peripheral area is arranged on the periphery of the middle area in a surrounding manner; and a box gap adjusting structure is arranged in the dye liquid crystal box, and the box gap adjusting structure is at least arranged in the peripheral area and is used for adjusting a box gap of the dye liquid crystal box to be consistent. Further provided in the embodiments of the present disclosure is a transportation facility, comprising the dimming glass, wherein the dimming glass is used as window glass of the transportation facility.
