The present invention provides a diode structure-based intermodulation standard part, which is used for changing the intermodulation index in a communication system to be constant and has an adjustment function. The diode structure-based intermodulation standard part comprises: an input interface, a main channel and an output interface that are used for signal transmission; and an adjusting module and a diode that are used for affecting an intermodulation interference signal; the input interface is composed of a first outer conductor, a first inner conductor, and a first insulating part, the main channel is composed of a second outer conductor and a second inner conductor, and the output interface is composed of a third outer conductor, a third inner conductor, and a second insulating part; the adjusting module is composed of a fourth outer conductor and a fourth inner conductor of a short-circuit connector; the fourth inner conductor is composed of a magnetic metal and an adjusting rod capable of adjusting the vertical height, the diode is embedded between the adjusting rod and the magnetic metal, and electrical coupling is provided between the magnetic metal and the second inner conductor.
