A direct-adjustment dimming device, comprising: at least one control unit (10), wherein the control unit (10) comprises at least one signal transmitting unit (11), the signal transmitting unit (11) may generate at least one control signal (C), and the control signal (C) corresponds to an optical parameter of the illumination device (30); and at least one direct-adjustment signal processing unit (20), wherein the direct-adjustment signal processing unit (20) is controlled by the control unit (10), the direct-adjustment signal processing unit (20) comprises at least one signal transceiving unit (21) and a signal processing unit (22), the signal processing unit (22) comprises a storage module (222), the storage module (222) stores the optical parameter of the at least one illumination device (30), the signal transceiving unit (21) receives the control signal (C) to generate an intermediate signal (Z) and transmits the intermediate signal (Z) to the signal processing unit (22), the signal processing unit (22) invokes the corresponding optical parameter in the storage module (222) to obtain at least one adjustment signal (A), and the illumination device (30) is adjusted by means of the adjustment signal (A).
