Abstract:
A direct chemiluminescent reagent for magnetic separation and immunoassay
method using thereof, comprises an isoluminol derivative as a luminescent label,
immuno-magnetic nano-beads coated with goat anti-FITC polyclonal antibodies
as separating agents, NaOH and H2O2 as chemiluminescent
substrates. The reagent is stable and undecomposable, which won't be influenced
by environmental factors. The immunoassay method is rapid with high accuracy.
