Title:
DIRECT CONVERSION RECEIVER
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2013/175681
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
In order to provide a direction conversion receiver that aims to improve signal-to-noise and distortion ratio (SNDR) and improve flicker noise characteristics without increasing chip cost or degrading distortion characteristics, the present invention raises the power-supply voltage for a frequency converter (121), into which a strong interfering wave is input, to secure a broad dynamic range, lowers the power supply voltage for a filtering unit (123), from which strict flicker noise characteristics are demanded, to use a thin film transistor, and adjusts a signal level between the different power-supply voltage circuits by using a bias unit that uses feedback.
