Abstract:
A direct-current transformer, comprising: a first capacitor, connected at either end to a bus positive end and to a bus intermediate node; a second capacitor, connected at either end to the bus intermediate node and to a bus negative end; a first switch component, connected at either end to the bus positive end and to a first intermediate node; a second switch component, connected at either end to the first intermediate node and to a reference node; a third switch component, connected at either end to the reference end and to a second intermediate node; a fourth switch component, connected at either end to the second intermediate node and to the bus negative end; a flying capacitor, connected at either end to the first intermediate node and to the second intermediate node, the first intermediate node and the second intermediate node being connected to a bus intermediate node via a protection circuit; and the protection circuit, comprising a clamper unit and a snubber unit, when the voltage between the bus positive end and the bus negative end rises, the clamper unit respectively clamping the first switch component and the fourth switch unit at the voltages of the first capacitor and of the second capacitor, and the snubber unit reducing the current flowing through the clamping unit and the flying capacitor.
