The present invention relates to the technical field of drive systems, and provides a direct drive system. The direct drive system of the present invention comprises a base and a sliding seat spaced apart from the base. A stator assembly is arranged on the base, and a mover assembly is arranged on the sliding seat. The mover assembly comprises a first magnetizer and a plurality of steel magnets arranged on the first magnetizer. The stator assembly comprises at least one group of second magnetizers and a plurality of groups of windings arranged on the second magnetizers at intervals, the windings are arranged opposite to the steel magnets, and a magnetic field generated by at least one group of windings covers at least one steel magnet so as to generate electromagnetic thrust with the steel magnet to drive the sliding seat to move in a sliding direction. According to the present invention, the plurality of groups of windings are arranged at intervals, and coils in each group of windings are energized cooperatively to drive the mover assembly having the steel magnets to operate, so that the usage quantity of coils can be effectively reduced, the material cost is lowered, the heat output is further decreased, and the energy consumption of the direct drive system is reduced, thereby improving the operation efficiency of the direct drive system.
