Abstract:
The present application relates to the technical field of display devices. Specifically disclosed are a direct-type backlight module, a liquid crystal display screen, and a terminal device. The direct-type backlight module comprises a backplate, a diffusion plate, and a PCB. The backplate and the diffusion plate are spaced apart. The PCB is provided at the side of the backplate proximate to the diffusion plate. A light source is provided on the PCB. The surface of the light source is abutted against the diffusion plate. By directly abutting the surface of the light source against the diffusion plate, the light source can be used as a support structure of the diffusion plate for supporting the diffusion plate, which eliminates the need for a support column and improves backlight and display effects. Moreover, a spacing between the diffusion plate and the backplate is merely the sum of the thicknesses of the PCB and the light source, which greatly reduces the overall thickness of the direct-type backlight module.
