Abstract:
A directional coupler (10) according to the present invention is provided with: a main line (11) and a sub-line (12), which are electromagnetically coupled to each other; a variable termination circuit (14) having a variable impedance, which is connected to one end of the sub-line (12); a variable matching circuit (15) having a variable impedance or a variable attenuator (16) having a variable attenuation, which is connected to the other end of the sub-line (12); and a control circuit (19) which controls the impedance of the variable termination circuit (14), while controlling the impedance of the variable matching circuit (15) or the attenuation of the variable attenuator (16). The control circuit (19) is provided with a nonvolatile memory (19a), and controls the impedance of the variable termination circuit (14) in accordance with the data stored in the memory (19a).
