Abstract:
Disclosed in the present application are a directional measurement method and device. In the described solution, a terminal device can determine a receiving beam to be measured, and execute RSSI measurement on said receiving beam. By using the described method, the terminal device can, in a targeted way, perform RSSI measurement on said receiving beam without needing to perform RSSI measurement in all directions. Thus, said method can achieve directional RSSI measurement by a terminal device, and can reduce the time and power consumed by a terminal device performing RSSI measurement and increase the efficiency of RRSI measurement by the terminal device.
