Abstract:
Provided is a disaster-protection hood that excels in mechanical properties such as strength and stretch, cushioning properties, fire-proof properties, and self fire-extinguishing properties, and that has sufficient buoyancy with respect to water when worn on the head. The disaster-protection hood has a buoyant material obtained by shaping a rubber foam.
