Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a disaster state determination system and a disaster determination flight system for determining in real time a disaster state from a disaster video after occurrence of a disaster. [Solution] A disaster state determination system 100 according to the present invention includes: a recording unit 110 that records teaching data 140 indicating an artificially generated disaster state; a deep learning unit 120 that learns the disaster state by using the teaching data 140 recorded in the recording unit 110; and a display unit 130 that, through determination of the disaster state of a disaster video 300 after occurrence of a disaster by the deep learning unit 120, displays disaster map data 240. A disaster determination flight system 700 includes the disaster state determination system 100, and a flying object 520 that has an imaging device 510 mounted thereon and that can transmit the disaster video.
