Abstract:
Disclosed are a discontinuous sending method and apparatus and a discontinuous receiving method and apparatus for a sidelink, and a terminal device, wherein same relate to the technical field of communications. According to the discontinuous sending method and apparatus and the discontinuous receiving method and apparatus for a sidelink, and the terminal device, when user terminals communicate by means of a sidelink, under the control of a timer based on a DRX mechanism, only during the operation of a target receiving timer in the timer, monitoring of data scheduling or transmission, or reception of data scheduling or transmission is performed, or data scheduling or transmission is allowed to be performed to a first user terminal, or data scheduling or transmission is performed to the first user terminal.
