Title:
DISEASE MODEL OF INDUCED PLURIPOTENT STEM CELL (IPSC)-DERIVED TYPE 2 DIABETES MELLITUS, ASSOCIATED WITH CORONARY ARTERY DISEASE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2022/250631
Kind Code:
A3
Abstract:
With this invention, by creating a Diabetes Mellites disease model associated with coronary artery disease from the stimulated pluripotent stem cell source, it is aimed to present a timely-accessed, cost-effective solution to researchers and small-medium-sized pharmaceutical companies conducting antidiabetic drug R & D studies in order to facilitate proceeding from the proof-of-concept phase, to prevent unnecessary R & D costs and to foster the use of fewer animals as disease models.
