Abstract:
A dish washing apparatus (100) having a vibration-reducing installation assembly comprises a bucket (104) defining a cleaning chamber (106), a liquid collection recess (170) and a fluid pump (154, 156). The liquid collection recess (170) is vertically positioned at a bottom portion of the bucket (104). The liquid collection recess (170) comprises a bottom wall (204) defining a recessed cavity (206). The fluid pump (154, 156) is in fluid communication with the recessed cavity (206) defined by the bottom wall (204). The fluid pump (154, 156) comprises a fluid impeller (238), an electric motor (242) and a scroll cover (254). The fluid impeller (238) is rotatably positioned in the recessed cavity (206). The electric motor (242) is mechanically connected to the fluid impeller (238) to drive rotation of the fluid impeller (238). The electric motor (242) is positioned above the fluid impeller (238). The scroll cover (254) is axially positioned between the electric motor (242) and the fluid impeller (238).
