Abstract:
A dish washing machine (10) and a control method therefor. The dish washing machine (10) comprises a steam generator (12) and an inner container (13), a water inlet pipe (14) is arranged at a water inlet of the steam generator (12), a steam outlet of the steam generator (12) is in communication with the inner container (13), a flow control unit (141) is arranged on the water inlet pipe (14), a temperature detection member (121) is arranged on the steam generator (12) and used for detecting the temperature of the steam generator (12), and the flow control unit (141) is electrically connected with the temperature detection member (121). In the usage process, the temperature of the steam generator (12) is detected by means of the temperature detection member (121), the flow control unit (141) adjusts the conduction amount of the water inlet pipe (14) according to the temperature value obtained by the temperature detection member (121), such that the water amount in the steam generator (12) is adjusted, avoiding the scenario of the steam generator (12) drying out due to the water amount being too low or water not being able to be quickly formed into steam due to the water amount being too high, and finally, the stability of the steam generated by the steam generator (12) is guaranteed, and the reject ratio of the dish washing machine is reduced.
