Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to a dishwasher, including a cabinet, a wash tub, an air guide including a water supply channel, a drainage channel, and a first sensor attached to the water supply channel and configured to measure an amount of wash water introduced from the water supply channel, a sump including a second sensor configured to sense the stored wash water and measure a turbidity of the stored wash water, and a controller configured to determine whether the wash water is introduced into the dishwasher based on a result of sensing of the second sensor, and, depending on a result of determination, determine whether the wash water leaks from the air guide based on a result of measurement of the first sensor or whether the wash water is supplied normally.
