The present invention relates to a dishwasher and a washing method using same, and rotates a washing inner drum in a state in which dishes and cookware are accommodated in accommodation spaces so that the sides thereof on which food is put face the outer peripheral surface of the washing inner drum, so as to separate, by centrifugal force, food residue stuck to the dishes and the cookware, thereby efficiently washing the dishes and the cookware, and thus does not require a component for a high-pressure water current, as in a conventional dishwasher, so as to enable products to be produced at low cost and enable the products to be from small to large sizes by means of a relatively simple configuration. In addition, the dishes and the cookware are individually accommodated in each accommodation space, and the dishes and the cookware accommodated in the accommodation spaces are encompassed by the washing inner drum and dividing plates, which are made from shock-absorbing materials, and thus, even though the washing inner drum rotates, the dishes and the cookware do not collide with each other, thereby enabling washing to be effectively performed without damage to the dishes and the cookware.
