Disclosed is a disinfection lighting lamp, relating to the technical field of lighting facilities, and comprising: a lamp body (1); and a light source assembly (2) which is arranged on the lamp body (1) and used for lighting or sterilization and disinfection. The light source assembly (2) comprises: a lighting unit (21) arranged on the lamp body (1) and located at the edge of the lamp body (1); a sterilization and disinfection unit (22) which is arranged on the lamp body (1), is positioned in the middle of the lamp body (1) and is used for generating ultraviolet light to sterilize and disinfect an irradiation range when electrified; and/or a sterilization and disinfection unit (22) which is arranged on the lamp body (1), is positioned at the edge of the lamp body (1) and is used for generating ultraviolet light to sterilize and disinfect the irradiation range when electrified; and a lighting unit (21) which is arranged on the lamp body (1) and located in the middle of the lamp body (1). The disinfection lighting lamp has the advantages of having a good sterilization and disinfection effect and high safety, being convenient to use, and being convenient and fast to control.
