Abstract:
Disclosed is a disk reaction trainer, comprising a circular housing, wherein a protection plate is provided on an edge of the circular housing; a lamplight shade is provided on an upper end face of the circular housing; a decorative protection plate covers the lamplight shade; a display screen, a switch button and a mode switching button are provided at the middle position, corresponding to the decorative protection plate, in the circular housing; at least one sensor is further provided on the edge of the circular housing; a lamp panel is provided in the circular housing; when the sensor senses a human body or an object, a lamp on the lamp panel is turned off; and the mode switching button can switch between four training modes. The product has a small volume and is lightweight, is convenient to carry, is not limited by the sizes of places during training, has flexible training modes, and can be used for training ball skills, and can also be used for training the reaction and physical fitness of athletes; and a timing and scoring function is added, such that data of a trainee is quantized, and the data can be compared in a centralized manner.
