Description:
DESCRIPTION

A DISPENSER COMPRISING A PRODUCT LOADING MECHANISM

Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to a dispenser designed for use of products made of paper such as paper towels, toilet papers and the like and comprising a mechanism enabling the product to be easily placed into the dispenser.

Present State of the Prior Art

Products made of paper are used in houses, work places or many public areas, toilets and areas with wet surfaces. Products made of paper are offered for use by placement thereof into the dispensers. In the currently used dispensers, the product made of paper can be placed thereinto such that the exiting direction of the product from the dispenser is parallel or perpendicular to the ground. Systems allowing the use of the product by unreeling thereof through the gap in the roll center and passing an end thereof through the dispenser outlet, as well as systems allowing the use of the product by being unreeled from the outer portion of the roll, are available.

Currently, many of the products made of paper are in the form of rolls and these products can be made ready for use by being placed into and bringing an end thereof out of the currently used dispensers. In the case of using the product by unreeling thereof through the gap in the roll center, the end of the product pulled from the inner portion is opened to allow passage thereof through the outlet of the dispenser, which can also be referred to as the nozzle of the dispenser, and the product is made ready for use by being passed through and pulled outside from the dispenser outlet. During this operation, on one hand, the product is placed into the dispenser and on the other hand, an end of the product is passed through the outlet having a very small diameter. When this operation is attempted to be carried out using only one hand, passing the end of the product through dispenser outlet which has very small diameter becomes difficult. The dispenser according to the present invention is developed to eliminate this situation, to easily place the product into the dispenser, and to make it ready for use. Object of the Invention

The object of the present invention is to develop a dispenser comprising a mechanism enabling the product to be easily placed into the dispenser for use of products made of paper such as paper towels, toilet papers and the like. Description of the Figures

9: Inner receptacle Description of the Invention

The present invention relates to a dispenser designed for use of products made of paper such as paper towels, toilet papers and the like and comprising a mechanism enabling the product to be easily placed into the dispenser. The dispenser developed within the scope of the present invention comprises the following: a cover (1), a main body (8), an inner receptacle (S) for placing the product, ribs (3) positioned on the cover (1) and for placing the product (2), dispenser product outlet (4), a slot (5) positioned on the cover (1) for placing the product (2) made of paper, outlet plate (6), and a joint (7) enabling the movement of the cover (1). One end of the product (2) made of paper is opened and it is placed onto the product slot (5) positioned on the cover (1) by being placed onto the ribs (3) positioned on the cover (1). The product (2) remains in balance between the cover ribs (3). Thus, the product (2) is positioned on the cover (1) without the necessity of holding it by hands. The product (2) slides over the ribs (3) of the cover (1) and fits onto the outlet plate (6) as in figure 4 when the cover (1) is closed by being rotated around the joint (7). An end of the product (2) is pulled out from the dispenser outlet (4) and the product (2) is made ready for use.

The product (2) can be easily placed into the dispenser and made ready for use by means of the utilization of the dispenser within the scope of the present invention.
