Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to form a foam including a paste material in which gas bubbles are adequately dispersed, without causing nozzle clogging. A dispenser 1 for discharging a mixture of gas and a paste material comprises: a nozzle section 2 that is provided at a tip of a body 11 and has a tip opening 22 for discharging the mixture; a channel 4 for the mixture, the channel 4 extending from an introduction section 5 for the mixture through a hollow space 20 of the nozzle section 2 to the tip opening 22; a needle section 3 that is movable within the channel 4 of the nozzle section 2 for opening and closing the channel 4; a drive section (7, 8, 9) that drives the needle section 3; and a stopper section (10, 14, 16) that restricts the range of movement of the needle section 3. The nozzle section 2 has a tapered portion 23 in which the inner diameter of a portion of the channel 4 of the nozzle section 2 corresponding to the range of movement of a tip of the needle section 3 decreases in the direction toward the tip opening 22. The dispenser 1 is also provided with a stopper position adjustment section (10a, 16a, 13, 12, 18) for adjusting the position of stopping by the stopper section.
