Provided is a dispensing container with a cutter in which an accommodating part can be replaced by refilling. This dispensing container 100 with a cutter is provided with: a cylindrical accommodating part 1 having an open upper section and accommodating a solid substance; a spiral cylinder 2 attached to the bottom surface of the accommodating part and having a spiral groove in the outer peripheral surface thereof; a rotary lid 5 that is rotatably attached in the horizontal direction, is provided with a cutter 54 for cutting a solid substance into thin slices and disposed under a top surface 51, and includes the top surface 51, which has a discharge opening 53 from which the solid substance that has been cut into a thin slice by the cutter 54 is discharged, and a peripheral wall 52 which is a side surface; and a movable plate that has a hole section through which the spiral cylinder turns, and is arranged inside the accommodating part to be able to move up with the rotation of the rotary lid 5, wherein a fitting protrusion 55, which is inserted into the upper end of the spiral cylinder 2 and rotates the spiral cylinder 2 together with the rotary lid, is provided on the top surface 51 of the rotary lid so as to protrude downward.
