Abstract:
The purpose of this technology is to provide a dispensing device, a liquid dispensing method, and a cell dispensing method with which it is possible to dispense a liquid with extremely high precision. A dispensing device (100) includes a glass pipette (10), a tubular elastic member (20), a rod-like member (30), and a piezoelectric element actuator (50). A first opening end (20a) side of the tubular elastic member (20) covers an opening (10b) side of the glass pipette (10). A second opening end (20b) side of the tubular elastic member (20) covers at least a tip portion of the rod-like member (30). When the piezoelectric element actuator (50) pushes the rod-like member (30) towards the opening (10b) of the glass pipette (10), the tubular elastic member (20) deforms so that the internal volume of the tubular elastic member (20) becomes smaller.
