Abstract:
Disclosed is a dispersion and grinding cylinder device for a sand mill, belonging to the technical field of nano sand mills. The device comprises a rack, a grinding cylinder, a gland, an end cover, dispersion discs, an electric motor, a main shaft, a feeding pipe arranged on the gland and a discharging pipe arranged on the end cover, wherein the grinding cylinder, the electric motor and the main shaft are all arranged on the rack; the electric motor is movably connected to the main shaft by means of a belt; the gland and the end cover are respectively fixed at two ends of the grinding cylinder; grinding teeth are fixed on an inner wall of the grinding cylinder; a plurality of dispersion discs are located inside the grinding cylinder and the plurality of dispersion discs are detachably mounted on the main shaft; through grooves are provided in the end faces of the dispersion discs in the direction of the main shaft; the through grooves are distributed in an annular array manner with the main shaft as the center; a plurality of through openings are provided in the outer walls of the dispersion discs, and the through openings are in communication with the through grooves; and both the feeding pipe and the discharging pipe are in communication with the interior of the grinding cylinder. The present invention has good dispersion and grinding effects, a high separation efficiency and experiences little wear, such that the service life is prolonged.
