Abstract:
A dispersive lens of a snapshot type spectral confocal displacement sensor and a design method for the dispersive lens. The dispersive lens comprises: a first lens (L1) and a second lens (L2) which are assembled. The second lens (L2) is an image-side telecentric lens, a diaphragm is provided at a focal point of an object space of the second lens (L2), and the second lens (L2) has axial dispersion. The first lens (L1) and the second lens (L2) are arranged in mirror symmetry relative to the diaphragm. The dispersive lens of a snapshot type spectral confocal displacement sensor comprises the first lens (L1) and the second lens (L2), and the first lens (L1) and the second lens (L2) are in mirror symmetry. The design difficulty is low, and the linearity of axial displacement and wavelengths is good.
