Abstract:
This displacement detection device comprises: a stylus that, when the same touches a measurement target, rotates with a first support point as a base point; a shaft provided with a scale; a displacement transmission mechanism that transmits the displacement of the stylus to the shaft; and a sensor that detects the displacement of the scale. The displacement transmission mechanism includes (i) the first support point provided on the axis of the shaft, (ii) a second support point positioned more on the shaft side than the first support point, and provided at a position away form the axis of the shaft, and (iii) a linking member provided between the shaft and the stylus, and causes first displacement of the shaft in the shaft direction of the axis of the shaft by pushing in the linking member with the first support point as a base point according to the rotation of the stylus, and causes second displacement of the shaft in the shaft direction of the axis of the shaft by causing the linking member to rotate with the second support point as a base point according to the rotation of the stylus.
