Abstract:
A display apparatus and method, and a vehicle. The display apparatus comprises: an image generation module (10) comprising a spatial light modulator (103) used for performing phase modulation on image light to be modulated and generating modulated first image light and second image light; and an image display module (20) provided on a light exiting side of the image generation module (10), the image display module (20) comprising a first diffuser screen (201) and a second diffuser screen (202), the first image light being projected to the first diffuser screen (201), and the second image light being projected to the second diffuser screen (202); wherein the spatial positions of the first diffuser screen (201) and the second diffuser screen (202) are different. In this way, by providing the spatial light modulator (103) in the image generation module (10), multiple images having different spatial positions can be generated on the diffuser screens (201, 202), so that different types of information can be displayed, and multiple display requirements are satisfied; compared with the approach of providing multiple image generation modules (10) to perform imaging at different spatial positions, the present invention can save space and facilitates miniaturization of a device.
