A display apparatus with an adjustable curvature, comprising: a detection module (11), configured to detect the curvature of a display apparatus and send the curvature; a backlight module (12), comprising a plurality of backlight sub-structures (121) for providing backlight for different regions of the display apparatus according to a backlight drive parameter matching the backlight sub-structures; a drive module (13), configured to receive the curvature sent by the detection module (11) and determine, according to the curvature and a pre-set correlation between the curvature and the backlight drive parameter, a backlight drive parameter needed by each of the backlight sub-structures (121) and sending the backlight drive parameter to each corresponding backlight sub-structure (121), so that the backlight sub-structure (121) provides the backlight for the different regions of the display apparatus according to the backlight drive parameter matching the backlight sub-structure; and a display screen (14), configured to display an image. The display apparatus with an adjustable curvature can improve the display quality under different curvatures.
