A display apparatus. The display apparatus comprises: a display panel, which comprises a plurality of pixel islands (S) arranged in an array and in a row direction and a column direction, wherein each pixel island (S) comprises a plurality of sub-pixels (08) arranged at intervals in the row direction; and a light splitting assembly (02), which is located on a display side of the display panel (01), wherein the light splitting assembly (02) comprises a plurality of light splitting repeating units (03), which extend in the column direction and are successively arranged in the row direction; the light splitting repeating units (03) comprise M light splitting structures (A), which extend in the column direction and are successively arranged in the row direction; each light splitting repeating unit (03) correspondingly covers N columns of sub-pixels (08), M and N being integers greater than 1, and M and N being coprime; each pixel island (S) comprises n sub-pixels (08), which are arranged at intervals in the row direction, n being an integer greater than 1; and each light splitting repeating unit (03) correspondingly covers K columns of pixel islands (S), N = K * n, where K is an integer greater than 1, and M and K are coprime.
