Abstract:
The present invention is provided with: a relative position calculating unit (101) that calculates, from detected information by a sensor (201), the relative position of equipment (200) by autonomous navigation; an absolute position estimating unit (102) that estimates the absolute position of the equipment by performing matching between a taken video frame and 3D-map data; and a self-position estimating unit (104) that estimates the self-position of the equipment by using the absolute position of the equipment when estimation of the absolute position has succeeded, and that estimates the self-position of the equipment by using the relative position of the equipment when estimation of the absolute position of the equipment has failed.
