Abstract:
Provided is a highly reliable display device with low cost. The present invention has a configuration in which a light-emitting diode in a pixel circuit, a transistor in the pixel circuit, and a transistor in a drive circuit of the pixel circuit are stacked so as to have regions that overlap each other. As a result of said configuration, the display device can be made compact. In addition, the display device can be manufactured by bonding, in one step, a plurality of the light-emitting diodes onto a circuit substrate on which the transistors etc. are formed. Therefore, the manufacturing cost of the display device can be reduced.
