Abstract:
A display device includes: a first liquid crystal display device; a second liquid crystal display device which is arranged to be overlapped in the front and rear directions in the rear of the first liquid crystal display device; and a light diffusion plate which is arranged between the first liquid crystal display device and the second liquid crystal display device. The first liquid crystal display device includes: a liquid crystal panel; a color filter which is arranged in the front of the liquid crystal panel and from which a predetermined area is removed; a polarizing plate which is arranged in at least one of the front of or the rear of the liquid crystal panel and from which the area corresponding to the predetermined area is removed; and a light source which is arranged at the rear of the liquid crystal panel. The light diffusion plate is arranged between the first liquid crystal display unit and the second liquid crystal display unit to be overlapped with the area including the predetermined area in the front and rear directions.
