According to the present invention, a plurality of terminal sections (T) provided in a frame region (F) include first and second terminal electrodes (36a, 36b) which are electrically connected and are arranged in order from a display region (D) side. COFs (40), provided so as to correspond to each of the plurality of terminal sections (T), include first and second counter electrodes (41a, 41b) which are electrically connected and are arranged in order from the display region (D) side so as to respectively face the first and second terminal electrodes (36a, 36b). The second terminal electrode (36b) and the second counter electrode (41b), in at least one of the terminal sections among the plurality of terminal sections, are electrically connected by an anisotropic conductive film (45).
