Abstract:
The present disclosure provides a display device and a method for controlling same. The display device of the present disclosure may comprise: a display; a communication interface; a motor which rotates the display about the body part of the display device; and a processor which displays an image content on the display arranged in a first position, controls the display to display a user interface (UI) for rotating the image content and the display, receives a signal for rotating the image content or the display from an external device through the communication interface while the UI is displayed, and rotates the image content displayed on the display or controls the motor to rotate the display to a second position, on the basis of the received signal.
