Abstract:
The present invention comprises a display panel (50), and a film substrate (60) on which an IC chip (60) is mounted and which is installed at an edge of the display panel (50). A chip protection layer (62) and an electromagnetic shield layer (63) being integrally provided to the film substrate (60) so as to cover the IC chip (60) and a section surrounding the same. The thickness of the chip protection layer (62) is greater than the thickness of the IC chip (60). The chip protection layer (62) is provided with a cured part (62aa) that is formed from a curable resin and is provided so as to enclose or cover the IC chip (60) in plan view, and an uncured part (62ab) that is provided as a part other than the cured part (62aa).
