Abstract:
The display device according to the present invention comprises: a substrate; semiconductor light-emitting elements disposed on the substrate; and wire electrodes disposed on the substrate so as to electrically connect the semiconductor light-emitting elements, wherein the substrate comprises a plurality of unit pixel regions comprising the semiconductor light-emitting elements and disposed in a plurality of rows and columns, the unit pixel regions comprising a first unit pixel region in which the semiconductor light-emitting elements are arranged in a first direction and a second unit pixel region which is disposed adjacent to the first unit pixel region and in which the semiconductor light-emitting elements are arranged in a second direction.
