Abstract:
A display device according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises a semiconductor light-emitting element, and a substrate in which the semiconductor light-emitting element is accommodated and which has wiring, wherein the semiconductor light-emitting element includes a sapphire layer formed on one side thereof and a plurality of electrode formed on the other side thereof, and has an asymmetrical shape on the basis of at least one direction. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the electrodes of the semiconductor light-emitting element and the electrodes of the assembly substrate are manufactured in an asymmetrical shape so that the semiconductor light-emitting element having a size of several hundred µm can be arranged in one direction on the assembly substrate through self-assembly.
