Abstract:
A display device according to an embodiment comprises: a sensor unit for obtaining information about the surroundings of a vehicle; a communication unit for wirelessly transmitting and receiving information associated with another vehicle and a virtual traffic signal; and a display unit for displaying the virtual traffic signal, wherein, when another vehicle having a probability of intersecting a present vehicle is detected from the information about the surroundings of the vehicle, the display device performs control such that the virtual traffic signal is generated on the basis of the location relationship between the present vehicle and the other vehicle, and the generated virtual traffic signal is displayed on the display unit.
