A display device (200, 1100), comprising an image source (210, 1110, 2110, 2120, 2130), a light-splitting element (220, 2201, 2202, 2203, 1120, 11201, 11202, 11203) and a reflective element (230, 1130), wherein the image source (210, 1110, 2110, 2120, 2130) is used for emitting first image light and second image light to the light-splitting element (220, 2201, 2202, 2203, 1120, 11201, 11202, 11203); the light-splitting element (220, 2201, 2202, 2203, 1120, 11201, 11202, 11203) is provided with a transflective film (221, 2211, 2212, 1121, 11211, 11212), which is used for transmitting the first image light to the reflective element (230, 1130) and reflecting the second image light to the reflective element (230, 1130); and the reflective element (230, 1130) is used for reflecting the first image light to generate a first image and reflecting the second image light to a windshield (240) to generate a second image. A display device (200, 1100) uses a combination of a single image source (210, 1110, 2110, 2120, 2130) and a light-splitting element (220, 2201, 2202, 2203, 1120, 11201, 11202, 11203), thereby realizing dual-image display, avoiding the introduction of two image sources, and reducing the volume of the display device (200, 1100). Also provided is a vehicle having a display device (200, 1100).
