Abstract:
A selection transistor (10) and a light emission transistor (20) are provided to a pixel. The selection transistor (10) has a gate electrode (14) connected to a scan line (51), a first source/drain electrode (12) connected to a signal line (52), and a second source/drain electrode (13). The light emission transistor (20) has: a gate electrode (21) connected to the second source/drain electrode (13) of the selection transistor (10); a first electrode (22) connected to a first wiring (53); a second electrode (23) connected to a second wiring (54); and a channel layer (24) containing quantum dots. In the light emission transistor (20), carriers flowing through the channel layer (24) cause the quantum dots to emit light.
