Abstract:
A display device provided with: a first insulation layer; a first source line and a second source line positioned on the first insulation layer and arranged with an interval therebetween; an organic insulation layer having a contact hole, the organic insulation layer being positioned on the first insulation layer, the first source line, and the second source line; a drain electrode positioned between the first source line and the second source line on the first insulation layer and exposed from the organic insulation layer in the contact hole; an electroconductive material covering the drain electrode in the contact hole; a second insulation layer positioned on the organic insulation layer; and a pixel electrode positioned on the second insulation layer and electrically connected to the drain electrode; the electroconductive material being in contact with the first insulation layer exposed from the organic insulation layer between the organic insulation layer and the drain electrode in the contact hole.
