Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to favorably form an image of a prescribed pattern. A light guide plate (5) is provided with a conversion unit (7) and an image forming unit (9). The conversion unit (7) converts incident light to collimated light. The image forming unit (9) forms an image of a prescribed pattern by means of the collimated light. The image forming unit (9) is formed integrally with the conversion unit (7).
