Abstract:
A display device (1) according to the present invention has: an aerial image formation unit that displays aerial image formation (27) in an aerial display region (26); an assistance unit (3) that is used as an assistant to the aerial image formation unit in order to increase the visibility of the aerial image formation (27); an illuminance measurement unit (4) that is positioned in the vicinity of the display region (26) and measures illuminance; and a control unit that switches between use and non-use of the assistance unit (3) on the basis of the illuminance measured by the illuminance measurement unit (4).
