Abstract:
The present application relates to the field of special display devices, and in particular, to a display and a manufacturing method therefor. The display comprises a metal housing (3), cover plate glass (1), and a conductive frame (4) formed of at least conductive foam. Two surfaces of the cover plate glass (1) are respectively a first surface and a second surface, and the second surface is provided with a conductive layer (2). The conductive frame (4) is arranged between the conductive layer (2) and the metal housing (3), and the conductive frame (4) is in contact with the conductive layer (2) and the metal housing (3), separately. A preset gap (7) is formed between the cover plate glass (1) and the inner side wall of the metal housing (3), a silicone containing cavity (5) is formed between the inner side wall of the metal housing (3) and the conductive frame (4), and the preset gap (7) is communicated with the silicone containing cavity (5). The silicone containing cavity (5) and the preset gap (7) are filled with fixing silicone. The fixing silicone can be loaded into the silicone containing cavity (5) under the action of the pressure of the fixing silicone and gravity. After the fixing silicone is transformed from a liquid state to a solid state, the bonding between the cover plate glass (1) and the metal housing (3) can be completed. The actual process of bonding the cover plate glass (1) and the metal housing (3) is simple and reliable and easy to implement.
