Abstract:
This display method is a method for displaying, on a display device, a travel route on a road, and includes: a specification step in which a road element of a prescribed type is specified among a plurality of road elements making up the travel route; and a display step in which a plurality of planar figures that are arranged so as to encompass all or a portion of the travel route are displayed on the display device, and in addition thereto, a linear figure that follows along the road element of the prescribed type is displayed on the display device.
