Abstract:
A display module, comprising a display panel (1) and a flexible circuit board bound and connected to the display panel (1). The display panel (1) comprises a display area and a non-display area located at the periphery of the display area, the non-display area comprising a binding area located on one side of the display area, and the binding area being provided with a driving IC (3). The flexible circuit board (2) comprises a main body part (21), an orthographic projection of the main body part (21) on the display panel (1) being located in the binding area, and a first surface of the flexible circuit board (2) close to the display panel (1) being provided with a first accommodation recess (201) used for accommodating the driving IC (3). A heat dissipation structure extending from the interior of the first accommodation recess (201) to the outside of the flexible circuit board (2) is further provided between the flexible circuit board (2) and the binding area. The present invention also relates to a display apparatus.
